To prepare the ajwain seeds, you can either take 250gm of ajwain seeds and dry roast them, or else you can use your oven at 100 degrees or roast well . Once it cools down, store it in an airtight container, and have a teaspoonful at least half an hour before having your breakfast in the morning.

Ajwain is a specialty herb that has been traditionally used to aid digestion and metabolism. It has found its use in many weight loss plans. However, this time it will be used in the form of a glassful of water. You can make it  your own by grinding one teaspoon of Ajwain seeds in a cup of boiled water, cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for 15 minutes. The next step is to drink this water before bedtime.
